Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Step 3

Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic.

Step 5

Sauté until the vegetables are soft.

Add the yellow rice to the skillet with the vegetables.

Pour in the chicken broth and add turmeric.

Stir well to combine.
