Step 1

Bake cupcakes as directed, once cooled down spread with frosting.

Step 2

Cut Twinkies in half. Using black frosting, make two black dots for the eyes, press on the Wilton Candy Eyeballs or Smarties. If using Smarties dot with black frosting for eyes. Make two straight lines for the goggle straps.

Step 3

Use black frosting to make a mouth, you can also add hair using the black frosting or chocolate sprinkles.

Step 4

Press Twinkies on top of cupcakes into frosting.
