Step 1
Season your ground turkey with salt and pepper, and Italian seasoning. Then add to a greased / non stick skillet and cook for about 8-10 minutes on medium heat, or until fully cooked.
Step 2
While the turkey is cooking, spray another skillet with olive oil, and add your bag of cauliflower gnocchi. Turn the heat up to medium, and don't touch it!
Step 3
After 3-4 minutes, flip the gnocchi. Then do this every minute or so until it's crispy on all sides.
Step 4
When the gnocchi is done, add in your marinara sauce and let the gnocchi simmer on low. for 6-8 minutes.
Step 5
When the turkey is done, add in with the gnocchi and marinara.
Step 6
Top with cheese, stir until melted, and you're done!
