Step 1

Put oil in a large saute pan and heat over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Add celery, onions, garlic. Saute for about 2 minutes or until they start to soften.

Step 3

Add eggs to hot pan and lightly scramble with silicone spatula. Allow them to cook undisturbed for two minutes. Chop the cooked eggs with a spatula into small pieces.

Step 4

Add the cooked leftover pork, cooked rice, soy sauce, and honey. Mix together gently until the rice is coated.

Step 5

Cook and stir everything for 7 to 8 minutes or until the rice turns slightly brown.

Step 6

Divide and plate the servings then top with chopped green onions.
