Step 1

Preheat the oven or grill to 425 F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and drizzle with the olive oil.

Step 2

Skewer 4 to 6 pieces on 6-inch skewers.

Step 3

Season the salmon pieces with the sumac and then everything seasoning. Gently press to evenly distribute the spices for the perfect crust.

Step 4

Transfer the skewers to the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 6 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through. If grilling, lay a piece of aluminum foil down on your grill rack, and brush with extra virgin olive oil to prevent the salmon from sticking. Grill on one side for 6 minutes.
