Step 1

Add the oil to a frying pan or heavy cast iron skillet, and set the heat to medium-high.

Step 2

Cut the bologna on four sides, and add to the hot pan.

Step 3

Brown the meat in the pan until the desired level of crispiness, and then flip. Toast the bread at this point, if desired.

Step 4

Add a slice of American cheese while the meat is still in the hot pan.

Step 5

Slather mustard on both slices of white bread, add hot bologna and cheese, and enjoy!
