Step 1

Shell and devein prawns, leaving tails intact.

Step 2

Cook pasta in large saucepan of boiling water, according to packet instructions, until just tender.

Step 3

Meanwhile, heat half the oil in large frying pan. Cook prawns, in batches, until they just change colour. Remove from pan and cover to keep warm.

Step 4

Heat remaining oil in same frying pan. Cook garlic and chilli, stirring, until fragrant.

Step 5

Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta cooking liquid then drain pasta. Return pasta to pan with prawns, reserved cooking liquid, chilli mixture, parsley and rocket. Toss to combine and serve immediately.
