Step 1
Pat thawed prawns with absorbent paper to remove excess liquid.
Step 2
Cook pasta in a large saucepan of salted boiling water, according to packet instructions, until tender. Drain, reserving 1/4-cup (60ml) of the cooking liquid. Return pasta to saucepan.
Step 3
Meanwhile, heat half the olive oil in a large non-stick frying pan over high heat. Add prawns, cook until browned lightly. Add garlic and chilli, cook, stirring, until prawns are just cooked.
Step 4
Add prawns, any pan juices, reserved cooking water, parsley and remaining olive oil to pasta and toss to combine. Serve with lemon wedges and green salad, if desired.
