Step 1

Preheat oven to 350*F. Spray with cooking spray a 13 x 9 in baking dish.

Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat and cook the garlic until tender

approximately 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Using a shallow bowl

mix together almond flour

parmesan cheese

cheddar cheese

and salt. Dip each piece of chicken breast in garlic butter to coat

then press into the almond flour mixture.

Place the coated chicken breast in the greased baking dish. Drizzle any remaining butter over the chicken then sprinkle any remaining almond flour mixture on top.

Step 14

Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear or 165*F internal.
