Step 1
Cut garlic and spring onions into thin slices.
Step 2
Heat pan and stir fry the garlic till light golden brown. Remove from pan and set aside.

Break the eggs and whisk it well. Add 2 tablespoon oil in the pan and fry the eggs then push one side of the pan.
Step 4
Add the rice into the pan and add soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and pepper, mix all together well. Stir for few seconds with medium high heat.
Step 5
Then spring onions, salt, pepper and sesame oil.
Step 6
Stir fry for another 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 7
Transfer to serving plate and sprinkle the fried garlic and spring onions on top.
