In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until it becomes soft and translucent.

Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for another 30 seconds, until fragrant.

Add the ground beef to the skillet. Break it apart with a wooden spoon and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat if necessary.

Stir in the cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper, mixing well to evenly coat the meat with the spices.

Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet and pour in the beef broth. Stir everything together, ensuring the cabbage is well-distributed with the beef mixture.

Cover the skillet and let the mixture cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. The cabbage should become tender and slightly caramelized.
