Step 1

Bring one gallon of water to a boil in a large stock pot. Add collard greens to the water and reduce heat to simmer for 1.5 hours.

Step 2

Add smoked turkey wings and all of your dry ingredients. Turn collards down to low heat, add butter and simmer for another hour until 3/4 of the water has left the pot.
