Step 1
Using a sharp knife, cut through and remove the skin on the chicken wings.
Step 2
Place the skinless wings into a large bowl, then toss with ground pepper.
Step 3
In a pan, melt the butter. Add the entire bottle of hot sauce and mix together well.
Step 4
Dump the hot sauce/ butter mixture over the wings and coat each wing well.
Step 5
Place the bowl of wings in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Preheat your oven to 375°.
Step 7
Lightly coat a baking pan with cooking spray, and arrange the wings on it one inch apart.
Step 8
Put in oven and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 9
Using tongs, flip over each wing. Then cook for an additional 20 minutes.
Step 10
Let wings cool for a few minutes on top of tin foil placed over a cooling rack.
Step 11
Once cool enough to handle, serve yourself and enjoy!
