Step 1

In a large saucepan, combine dates, apples, raisins, and water.

Step 2

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.

Step 3

Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. Stir into apple mixture and mix well.

Step 4

In another bowl, beat eggs and honey together.

Step 5

Add the egg mixture to the batter and mix well.

Step 6

Form batter into balls using an ice cream scoop and place each ball onto the baking tray lined with a non-stick baking sheet.

Step 7

Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes. Then serve and enjoy!
