Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and coat a 7 x 11-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
Step 2
Combine oats, protein powder, flax, oat bran, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl. Set aside.
Step 3
Combine peanut butter, grapeseed oil, agave nectar, brown sugar, soy milk and vanilla in a medium bowl. Whisk together until fully combined.
Step 4
Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined. Fold in chocolate chips, coconut and almonds (or any other mix-in you want).
Step 5
Pour mixture into the prepared baking pan. Using a spatula or your hands, spread the mixture evenly in the pan, pressing down firmly.
Step 6
Bake at 350 degrees F for 18-20 minutes or until edges begin to turn golden brown.
Step 7
Remove from oven and let cool in pan for 20 minutes before cutting into bars.
