Step 1
Place the chicken thighs in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper; add the corn flour and toss until well coated.

Place the chicken in the basket in a single layer sprayed with oil and air fry at 380ºF for 7 minutes on each side or until an internal temperature reaches 165ºF in the thickest part.

Meanwhile, in a saucepan, add the butter and garlic on medium heat and cook until fragrant, around 30 seconds. Add the honey, soy sauce, chicken broth, and vinegar to the pan and stir to combine. Bring the sauce to a simmer for 3-4 minutes or until the sauce is thickened.

Add the cooked chicken to the sauce and stir to combine. Serve and enjoy!
