Preheat oven to 325°F.

Step 2

Remove leftover brisket from the fridge. Place it on a baking sheet and let sit at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes.

Pour some extra juices over the brisket.

Step 4

Cover the brisket in a double layer of foil. Make sure it's sealed down by crimping the foil around the edges of the pan. You want it sealed tight.

Step 5

Place your brisket in the oven. If you're reheating a whole brisket, you'll need to cook for 1 hour. For brisket that is already cut, cook it for about 20 minutes.
