Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder onto gizzards.
Step 3
Add gizzards to pressure cooker, right in the water. Spread them out so they’re in one even layer at the bottom.
Step 4
Close lid and seal valve. Press pressure cook button and set to 25 minutes on high pressure.
Step 5
When done, carefully quick release the steam. Once pin drops, open the lid. You can remove the gizzards with a slotted spoon and place on a plate.
