Step 1
Add all of the ingredients to the inner liner pot of the Instant Pot®.
Step 2
Place the lid on the pot and set the steam release knob to the Sealing position.
Step 3
Press the Rice button* (or use the dial on the Ultra).
Step 4
When the cook cycle ends turn the steam release knob to the Venting position to do a Quick Release of the steam. Turn off the pot.
Step 5
When the pin in the lid drops down open the lid and fluff the rice with a fork.
Step 6
Serve immediately, or save for another recipe.
