Step 1
Preheat your air fryer to 400F.
Step 2
Scrub and wash the potatoes.
Step 3
Dry them off with a kitchen cloth or paper towel.
Step 4
Stab the potatoes multiple times with a fork so that the heat can get in and steam can escape.
Step 5
Brush the potatoes with oil and season as desired.
Step 6
Place the potatoes on the air fryer basket or tray (depending on your model) and cook for 45-50 minutes, flipping half way.
Step 7
When they are done cooking, remove from the air fryer, cut open and add a nob of butter if desired before serving.
