Step 1

Preheat oven to 300º.

Step 2

Slice the peaches.

Step 3

Place them over a baking tray or iron cast and sprinkle with stevia.

Step 4

In a bowl, mix butter, vanilla extract, Stevia, baking powder, baking soda and almond flour (if needed, microwave for 1 minute so butter softens).

Step 5

Cover the peaches with the batter irregularly.

Step 6

Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
