Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients (mayonnaise, milk, buttermilk, lemon juice, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper).
Step 2
To the bowl, add shredded cabbage and carrot. Toss until everything is evenly mixed.
Step 3
Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes before serving.
