Step 1

If you have high bad cholesterol, you need a detox and you want to boost your immunity, this is your recipe. The lemons are washed and soaked in warm water with 1 tsp. of baking soda.

Step 2

Wash them well under running water, cut them into pieces with the peel and the skin is discarded. The fresh ginger root is peeled and grated in bulk and the garlic cloves are cut into bulky pieces.

Step 3

Pour the resulting mixture into the jug of a blender or chopper and blend two or three times until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Pour 5 cups (1 liter) of water into a pot, add the resulting mixture and heat it up.

Step 4

After it boils for the first time, remove it from the heat and leave it to cool. Strain the mixture through two layers of gauze or cheesecloth and make sure to strain it well. The resulting mixture is poured into jars, which are closed with a lid and left in the refrigerator.

Step 5

Take 20-30 minutes before meals at lunch and 1 small cup in the evening - see the photo. Take it for 3 weeks, then rest for 8 days and drink another dose for another 3 weeks.

Step 6

This mixture can be taken together with prescribed cholesterol-lowering medications, so there will be faster results. It protects against kidney stones and against blockage of blood vessels.

Step 7

You can also add a little honey, I personally drink it without. The first 3 weeks will have a positive effect, you will be fresh and vibrant. Try it and stay healthy! From the listed products, I made the mixture from the photo.
