Precalentamos el horno a 210 °C. Mezclamos el azúcar, el aceite de girasol, la leche y la ralladura de limón

Añadimos la harina de trigo y la levadura química en polvo tamizadas, añadimos una pizca de sal y volvemos a mezclar
Step 3
Vertemos la masa en las cápsulas para magdalenas y, opcionalmente, espolvoreamos un poco de azúcar por encima
