Step 1
Place the mango, hemp hearts, lime zest and juice, yogurt, syrup, turmeric, and milk into a blender cup. Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth. Taste and adjust the sweetness to preference.
Step 2
Set up 3 airtight containers. Add 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 tbsp chia seeds and a pinch of salt to each container and stir to combine.
Step 3
Next, measure and pour 3/4 cup of the mango milk mixture into each container. Stir the mixture really well making sure you are evenly mixing the chia seeds throughout. Allow the mixture to sit for 5 minutes then give another good stir.
Step 4
Seal the containers and place in the fridge for 4-6 hours or overnight to set. When ready to eat, top with additional toppings of your choice and enjoy.
