Step 1
Using a blender or food processor, add the onion, garlic, orange juice, lime juice, cilantro, rosemary, oregano, cumin, and paprika blend until well incorporated. With the food processor or blender still running, pour in the olive oil, blending until smooth.
Step 2
Add the chicken breasts to a gallon-size Ziplock bag and season with salt and pepper. Add one cup of the marinade to the zip lock bag, seal the bag and, turn to coat, refrigerate for 30 minutes or up to 6 hours.
Step 3
Discard the marinade and place the marinated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, and cook to 380ºF for 20 minutes turning halfway through or cooking until an instant meat thermometer inserted in the thickest part registers 165ºF.
Step 4
Remove from the basket and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Serve and Enjoy!
