Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Cook sushi rice according to the packet instructions.
Step 3
Once cooled, place the rice into a baking dish and spread it out evenly and firmly.
Step 4
In a bowl, mix together the tuna, mayonnaise, spring onions, and crushed roasted seaweed.
Step 5
Spread this mixture on top of the rice.
Step 6
Sprinkle Mingle's Everything Bagel Seasoning all over the top.
Step 7
Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
Step 8
Drizzle a good amount of chilli Mayo on top, sprinkle with extra spring onions and serve. Enjoy as is or with some roasted seaweed on the side!
