Step 1

Place the macadamia nuts in a food processor and process until they form a crumbly meal. Add the dates, raisins, almond meal, collagen and cocoa powder and process for 30 seconds. Add the remaining ingredients, except the matcha, and 2 tablespoons of water and process until a sticky mass forms.

Step 2

Transfer the mixture to a large bowl.

Step 3

Form balls between your fingers and palms and the roll in the matcha and place on a parchment or wax paper lined small sheet pan.

Step 4

Place the sheet pan in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
