Step 1
Coat the chicken breasts in the rub. If you don't have the rub yet, order some, but you can still enjoy this by seasoning the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and call it good. Measure with your heart.
Step 2
Decide how you're going to cook your chicken breasts. The air fryer or grill are my favorite methods. Either way, the process is largely the same though. If you are using a grill, preheat it to 375°F. If you are using an air fryer, toss the chicken into it and crank it up to 375°F for 15-17 minutes. How much time, exactly, it takes, depends entirely on your air fryer and your chicken breasts. Time is listed here only as the roughest estimate. What you really want to go by is the meat's internal temperature, as measured by a high quality thermometer.
Step 3
Cook the chicken using your desired method and remove from the air fryer or grill when it hits 162-163°F. Rest it, tented under foil, for 5-10 minutes before slicing across the grain.
Step 4
While the chicken it cooking, preheat a large skillet on the stovetop over high heat. Add the avocado oil and the green beans and stir fry for 3-4 minutes. Reduce the heat to medium and add the garlic and chili crunch. Keep warm until the chicken is done.
Step 5
Serve with steamed rice and Bachan's Japanese BBQ Sauce, or your favorite brand of teriyaki sauce. You can also whip up a batch of our homemade teriyaki sauce if you're feeling it. It tastes amazing, and so will this!
Step 6
Divide this across four meal prep containers equally, cover, and store in the fridge. To reheat, microwave until steaming.
