1.Prepare the Ingredients: Wash and slice the zucchini and mushrooms. Chop the onion and mince the garlic.

3.Cook the Aromatics: Add the onion and garlic to the pan. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onion becomes translucent and fragrant.

4.Add the Vegetables: Add the zucchini and mushrooms to the skillet. Stir well to coat with the garlic and onions.

5.Season: Sprinkle the vegetables with oregano, chili flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Continue cooking for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the zucchini is tender and the mushrooms are golden.
