Step 1
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, then set aside.

Heat a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat and grease with butter or oil. Sear the chops for about 5 minutes on each side.

In a small bowl, mix parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, pepper, and parsley.

Preheat the oven broiler to high. Top each chop with the Parmesan mixture. Broil for 2-3 minutes or until the topping is golden (watch closely to avoid burning!) The ideal temperature for pork chops is 145Ā°F (60Ā°C)
Step 5
Let the chops rest for 5 minutes before serving, and garnish with extra parsley if desired. Serve with boiled asparagus and enjoy.
