Biscuit base.1. Preheat oven to 180"Sous-vide" . Line a deep rectangular slice tin with baking paper.2. Melt butter in bowl for 3 minutes, 60"Sous-vide" , speed 2.3. Add flour, coconut and sugar to the melted butter. Mix for 10 seconds,speed 4 . Scrape down bowl then mix again 10 seconds,speed 4.4. Pour bowl contents into baking tray and press down to flatten the surface.5. Bake in the oven for 12 minutes until golden brown. Remove tray .Filling mixture.6. Place condensed milk, passion fruit pulp and lemon juice in a clean bowl. Mix for 10 seconds on reverse speed 4. Scrape the bowl. Mix for a further 5 seconds, reverse speed 4.7. Pour the mixture over the cooked biscuit base and smooth the surface.8. Place tray into oven at 150 "Sous-vide" and bake for 15 minutes. Place in the fridge for 2 hours until set.9. Cut with a warm sharp knife into squares ready to enjoy!
