Step 1

Add egg, oil and salt to the blender and blend on 4 for 30 seconds

Step 2

Sprinkle in flour and salt and manage the speed to blend the dough.

Step 3

Once blended in a mass, pour onto the counter and kneed a few times by hand into a ball.

Step 4

Make pasta as per regular instructions with a hand crank machine or your Kitchenaid attachment. At this point the dough is exactly the same as making it by hand.
