Step 1

Peel and slice fresh peaches. Place them in a freezer-safe container and freeze.

Step 2

Place all ingredients into blender.

Step 3

Blend on the "puree" setting until mixture reaches soft serve ice cream consistency.

Step 4

Taste ice cream and adjust sweetener as needed.

Step 5

Serve immediately or place in a 9x13 baking pan and freeze for later.

Step 6

If ice cream is too hard after freezing, place pan in warm water to loosen, break up the frozen mixture and run through the blender again to soften.
