Step 1

Preheat oven to 425

Mix bisquick, sugar, milk and butter until a soft dough forms.

Step 3

Drop dough into large spoonfuls onto a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 4

When cooled, break up shortcake into smaller chunks

Step 5

Wisk together yogurt, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk and vanilla.

Step 6

In small bowls or cups, top shortcake with pineapple, yogurt mixture, whip cream and shredded coconut.

Step 7

Garnish with pineapple wedge
