Pineapple Dump Cake

butter, divided

brown sugar

(6-ounce) jar maraschino cherries, drained

(20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained

yellow cake mix

caramel sauce

Microwave ½ cup butter and stir in brown sugar.

Spread evenly onto bottom of a greased 5-qt. slow cooker.

Top with cherries and pineapple. Sprinkle dry cake mix on top and pour remaining butter over top of cake mix.

Cook, covered, on high until fruit mixture is bubbly, about 2 hours.

Turn off slow cooker and let cool uncovered for 30 minutes before serving.
