Step 1

Put your leftover pioneer woman ham salad in the plastic container, allowing some space for expansion ( 1/2 inch or so).

Step 2

Using the paper towel, wipe any spillage on the container rim so that you close it airtight.

Step 3

Place the container in the freezer bag for more protection from moisture and freeze burn.

Step 4

Write the date on the masking or freezer tape and attach it to the freezer bag. This is to help you keep track of the freezing days.

Step 5

Freeze at 0 degrees F for one to two months.
