Export 12 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 °F (177 °C).
Step 2
In a blender, blend together the pumpkin, milk, cottage cheese, eggs, syrup, salt, baking powder, protein powder, spices and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
Step 3
Spray a 13"x9" pan with oil and add your oat. Pour in the pumpkin mix and stir thoroughly.
Step 4
Bake for 50-60 minutes.
Step 5
Mix the cream cheese, yogurt, and maple syrup.
Step 6
Place into a ziplock bag (or piping bag) and set aside.
Step 7
This recipe makes 6 servings. Cut the oatmeal into 6 equal pieces. Once the oatmeal bake has cooled a bit, top with the frosting. I frost my oatmeal the day I cook it, it is probably better to keep your frosting in the fridge and frost the day of eating but it doesn't make a huge difference.
