Export 5 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Preheat your Grill to 225F.
Step 2
Season the ham with Raspberry Chipotle Spice, taking care to season in between each slice. Place in your Grill and smoke for about 2 hours.
Step 3
Just before you pull the ham, combine glaze ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat until raspberries are no longer whole and the glaze is runny. If you want a smoother glaze, remove the raspberry seeds by draining the glaze through cheesecloth.
Step 4
Pour glaze over the ham just before serving. Slice and serve hot.
Step 5
ENJOY!
