1. Form 6-8, 1/4 pound patties in to a ball. Then, flatten till patties are about 1/4" thick.2. Salt and pepper to taste.3. Place patties on pre-heated smoker at 225°F. Then smoke until internal temperature is 10-15° under desired finish temperature.4. Turn on Sear Box and turn to medium heat, then sear patties to desired temperature.5. Plate and enjoy!
