Step 1
Toss the cauliflower florets with curry powder, lemon juice, smoked paprika and salt.

Place seasoned cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure to leave some space between florets for air circulation.

Set air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 minutes. During these 12 minutes, toss and rotate the cauliflower half way through so it will crisp up evenly.

It should be golden brown and sizzling once done. Remove promptly and serve warm immediately.
