Preheat the oven to 425F and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

Use a chef’s knife to slice the cauliflower in half. Then cut the cauliflower into smaller florets using your knife. Place the cauliflower on the baking sheet, add olive oil, cumin, coriander, salt and pepper and toss with your hands to combine. Roast until golden and fork tender, about 35-40 minutes.

Meanwhile, add the tahini paste, lemon juice, garlic and salt to a small bowl and stir with a fork or whisk until it becomes a thick paste. Slowly add water to the mixture and whisk until it’s smooth without any clumps.

Serve warm with fresh parsley and tahini sauce, if desired.

Add the cauliflower florets to large mixing bowl.

Drizzle with olive oil and then add the garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Toss the cauliflower florets until well coated in the olive and seasonings then transfer them to a large baking sheet. Place the florets cut side down to help them get golden brown and crispy.

Roast the cauliflower at 425 degrees for around 25-30 minutes. Flip the florets 12-15 minutes into cooking.

While the cauliflower is roasting, add all of the tahini sauce ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Feel free to add a few more tablespoons of water to the tahini sauce to thin it out a bit if you think it is too thick.

Once the cauliflower is golden brown and tender, but still has a little bite, remove it from the oven.

Transfer the roasted cauliflower to a serving dish or platter and serve with tahini sauce on the side. Enjoy!

The first thing to do in order to make this recipe for roasted cauliflower is rinse off your head of cauliflower. Just be sure to dry it off so that the moisture does not stay in the head because then you&#8217;re roasting cauliflower may get mushy.

The next step is to cut it. If you have never cut a head of cauliflower before, don’t be nervous because it is a very easy step.

Get a large cutting board so that when you do your cuts the cauliflower will stay on the board instead of all over the counter.

Next trim off any brown spots that might be there and take off all of the leaves.

Cut your veggie in half and then in quarters.

Hold the quarter of the cauliflower vertically and use a knife to slice off the woody center. You will then be surprised how the florets just fall right off.

If the florets are not small enough then you may have to cut them a little smaller, trying to keep them uniform in size for a more even result when roasting them.

Preheat the oven to 400°F.  Spray a rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.  Place the cauliflower, Brussels sprouts and leeks on the baking sheet, drizzle over 2 tablespoons olive oil, sprinkle with salt and toss.  Spread out on the sheet and bake for about 20 minutes, until the vegetables are tender and just slightly golden.

While the vegetables are roasting, make the spicy drizzle.  Place the rest of the olive oil, Sriracha, parsley and sage in a blender or a food processor and blend until it is fairly smooth.

Transfer the vegetables to a serving platter, and either drizzle over the spicy sauce, or pass it on the side, or drizzle over a little and pass the rest (that’s what I usually do, but if you think some of your gang won’t go for it, leave it on the side).  Serve hot, warm or room temperature.

Toss the cauliflower florets with curry powder, lemon juice, smoked paprika and salt.

Place seasoned cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure to leave some space between florets for air circulation.

Set air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 minutes. During these 12 minutes, toss and rotate the cauliflower half way through so it will crisp up evenly.

It should be golden brown and sizzling once done. Remove promptly and serve warm immediately.
