1/4-1/2 C water or chicken broth2 Heads of Cauliflower cut into big chunks1 bunch of celery cut1 onion diced3 cans of cream of celery soup1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese (I used sharp)1/4 C shredded Asiago/Romano/Parmesan cheese (it's a matter or taste - or buy the blend)

Step 1

Spray your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray

Step 2

Pour water into slow cooker to make sure the bottom is covered

Step 3

Place Cauliflower, onion, and celery into slow cooker

Step 4

Mix remaining ingredients and spread over top of veggies

Step 5

Cook on low for at least 4 hours or on high for at least 2 (remember the bigger your chunks the longer it will take to cook - in a hurry? make smaller chunks)

Step 6

Serve with any meal
