Step 1
Preheat Smoker/grill to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Pat the wings dry with paper towel and then lightly coat them in olive oil.
Step 3
Season the wings generously with King Shallot.
Step 4
Place the wings on the smoker and cook for 45-60 minutes, flipping once half way through the cook.
Step 5
Once the wings reach an internal temperature of 170 degrees, baste them with Black Belt.
Step 6
Allow the wings to cook for an additional 5-10 minutes until the sauce is tacked onto the wings.
Step 7
Remove from the smoker and rest for 5 minutes before digging in!
