Step 1
In a large bowl, add the chicken, coleslaw, cheese and tomatoes.
Step 2
In a smaller bowl, mix together lime juice, ranch, chili powder, cumin, pepper and sugar until combined.
Step 3
Pour over top coleslaw mix, and stir to combine. Refrigerate for at least one hour prior to serving.
Step 4
Also great served on a spinach or tomato tortilla as a wrap.
