Step 1

Peel and devein prawns, leaving the tails intact.

Step 2

Combine 1/3 cup (800ml) of the oil, half the garlic, paprika, rind, salt and pepper, prawns and fish in a medium bowl; toss gently to combine.

Step 3

To make garlicky mayonnaise, combine all ingredients in a small bowl.

Step 4

Cook the zucchini and capsicum on a heated oiled barbecue or grill plate until browned and tender.

Step 5

Cook prawns and whiting on the same barbecue or grill plate until browned both sides and just cooked through. Serve with vegetables, mayonnaise and lemon wedges, if desired.
