Preheat oven to 250F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Place Saltines in a large mixing bowl.
Step 3
Melt butter over low heat in a saucepan.
Step 4
Add Ranch dressing, crushed red pepper flakes, onion powder, and garlic powder to the melted butter; stir to combined.
Step 5
Pour butter mixture over Saltines and toss gently to make sure all the crackers are coated.
Step 6
Transfer to the prepared baking sheet.
Step 7
Bake for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
Step 8
Cool completely before serving and storing.
