Step 1

Cook enough rice to yield 2½ cups of cooked rice. 1 cup of dry rice will yield around 2-3 cups of cooked rice depending on what kind of rice you use.

Heat a bit of olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the turkey and cook until it has browned. Boil off any water that remains in the skillet from the turkey.

Step 3

Mix the vinegar, ranch mix, and sriracha together. Pour over the turkey and stir to incorporate. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Peel your oniona and cut into thin slices. Heat some oil over medium high heat in a skillet and add the onions. Cook them until they have begun to caramelize. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 5

Wash and cut the zucchini into a large dice. Add some oil to the pan and cook for a few minutes until they have begun to soften and develop color. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.

Step 6

You can cook the onions and zucchini together if you wish, they are separated in the image to show detail.

Step 7
