Step 1

Mix together Cake Mix, Eggs and Oil in medium mixing bowl until well combined.

Step 2

Chill dough in refrigerator for 1 hour.

Step 3

Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.

Step 4

Pour powdered sugar into small bowl and set aside.

Step 5

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 6

After dough has chilled, roll dough into small balls {approx. 1 tbsp. sized}

Step 7

Roll dough balls around in powdered sugar, making sure they are well covered in sugar.

Step 8

Transfer dough balls to parchment lined cookie sheets.

Step 9

Bake for 7 minutes, or until done.

Step 10

Cool on cooling racks and ENJOY!
