Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Step 2

Bake or air-fry the tater tots as per package instructions then place them into a casserole dish.

Step 3

Cut up vegan sausage and fry them on medium high heat for 3-5 mins, or until browned and heated through.

Step 4

Sprinkle tofu scramble and sausage on top of your tater tots and top with vegan cheese shreds or cheese sauce,

Step 5

Slide the tots into your oven until the cheese shreds have melted, about 5-7 mins.

Step 6

Once cheese is melted, take the casserole out of the oven and drizzle with Hollandaise sauce.

Step 7

Top with fresh chopped chives & serve.
